    A) Digital Coaching Courses. We have a 90-day satisfaction guarantee on the following digital coaching courses:

    • 90 Day Intensive Reboot 3.0

    Because it usually takes most folks about 66 days for their habits to change, in our case the habit and addiction to smoking and vaping, (but as few as about 21 days, to a maximum of about 90 days; 66 is about "average"), we like to give you every opportunity for success. Therefore, we won't rush you, and extend our guarantee to 90 days.

    We want you to be satisfied with your investment! Please know that you can request a refund after 90 days, for any digital coaching product you have purchased if you feel like you didn’t receive what we described and you fully and wholeheartedly participated in the program provided via this format.

    To prevent this kind of claim from arising, every student is encouraged to check complimentary samples (in the form of free previews and products and testimonials) of each type of the product offered before making a purchase.

     

    B) Cleanses (Harm Reduction 1): 14 Day Reboot Cleanse. This is non-refundable

     

    C) Personal, One-on-One (and Group) Transformational Health Coaching (Live, in-person, telephone, Skype). Termination and Refund policies are described fully in the New Student Coaching Agreement. (Every new coaching student is required to read, agree, and sign this agreement after all questions are answered to their satisfaction.)

     

    Exception: Non-accessibility issues not due to our fault:

    If you have problems that prevent you from accessing a course we recommend that you contact your support team for your browser provider, as we ensure—through our state-of-the-art third-party providers— that our digital products can be accessible with all major browsers. These kinds of accessibility problems usually arises from a customer’s issue with either their browser, firewall, or network. Unfortunately, we can not be held responsible for non-accessibility issues beyond our control such as DDOS or other malicious attacks against our site.
